we're hearing that the autopsy may happen today. but i spoke with the coroner's office this morning and they're telling me even when it's complete that there is a press hold on this case meaning that they won't be releasing information. it'll come from where we are here at the pleasanton police department after a very gruesome discovery late yesterday morning. a decomposed body found in a trash can on dublin canyon road near the stone ridge mall if you know the area. a caller reported a can that seemed out of place in some shrubs and looked different than the other cans that are normally issued by the city. police immediately taped off the area and searched for drews. investigators believe the body is a woman, the age and race, though, is unknown. the swarm of activity quite a shock for neighbors. >> this is the most action i've seen on the property for a long time. >> reporter: pleasanton police say they are not looking into the disappearance of any women, but they are working with other agencies who do. investigators were asked ea
